Delete your account
Hush — Ember Ventures Ltd. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. No email required, no waiting on us.
Fastest way: in the app
- Open Hush and tap the account icon (top right of the scan screen).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — it happens the moment you confirm.
What gets deleted

Recordings are never stored. The 6-second video and audio from a scan are processed to produce your reading and are not retained on our servers, so there is nothing left to delete.
We keep nothing after deletion. Anonymous, non-identifying usage counts (for example "a scan happened") may remain in aggregate statistics that cannot be traced back to you or your baby.
Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because billing is handled by Apple or Google rather than by us. Cancel it in App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Do this before deleting your account.
Can't get into the app?
Use this form and we'll delete the account for you. We'll confirm by email when it's done, normally within 3 business days and always within 30.

We'll delete the account and email you to confirm. If you don't hear from us within 3 business days, write to support@hushbabyapp.com.
